Client Engagement Lead - Automotive Electrical and Electronics Solutions

Location: Chennai

Experience Level Required: 8-15 years

Must to have : Automotive Electrical and Electronics sector.

Solid background in development/testing of automotive software (Matlab, HiL Testing, C/C++, Python, SysML, Simulation) with specific exposure to HEV, ADAS, BCM, or Powertrain domains. Hands-on experience with HiL, Client Engagement, Resource Management

Job Overview : We are seeking a seasoned Client Engagement & Resource Management Lead to drive our staffing solutions and client relationships in the Automotive Electrical and Electronics domain. This role combines strategic account management with technical advisory and team leadership to support our clients' evolving needs and to ensure our talent pool is best aligned with industry demands.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Strategy and Business Growth:

- Lead the development of technical approaches in RFQ responses with a strong focus on automotive software solutions.

- Understand and analyze client staffing requirements in the automotive electrical and electronics sectors, driving clarity and alignment in fulfilling these needs.

Client Engagement and Satisfaction :

- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, advancing their satisfaction and engagement levels.

- Work alongside account managers to accurately project staffing needs and strategize on bench strength and talent readiness.

Talent Management and Employee Development :

- Manage comprehensive performance appraisals, collaborating with clients, internal leaders, and HR.

- Identify and implement targeted training and development plans for employees, focusing on career advancement and skill enhancement.

Stakeholder and Resource Management :

- Optimize resource utilization, ensure strategic placement of engineers, and manage direct costs efficiently.

- Regularly report to internal management on utilization, hiring, and other key performance metrics.

- Produce and maintain domain-specific sales collateral for the internal team, emphasizing expertise and achievements in the automotive electrical and electronics areas.

Qualifications / Prior Experience :

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Computers, or a related field.

- 8-15 years of relevant experience in client engagement, talent management, or account management, preferably in the automotive electrical and electronics sector.

- Solid background in development/testing of automotive software (Matlab, HiL Testing, C/C++, Python, SysML, Simulation) with specific exposure to HEV, ADAS, BCM, or Powertrain domains. Hands-on experience with HiL is a must.

- Demonstrated experience in customer interface roles with excellent communication skills.

- Previous experience with Ford GES or similar automotive industry clients is highly advantageous.

- Fluency in the local language for effective communication.
