Lead Performance Marketing(Chief Manager/ AVP.)-Mumbai /Bangalore.

Job Description/Key Responsibilities:

Lead Performance Marketing , He will responsible for acquisition of new clients to our platform. This is done through a combination of channels, propositions and spends to achieve organizational objectives. This is a role that is the tip of the sword for the business and has an important bearing on the health of the organization.

What you will do:

- Drive customer acquisition for organization through (a) specific channel(s) to drive the non-brokerage business, including, but not limited to, lending, insurance, fixed deposits.

- Optimize channel performance at a daily level to ensure the best possible RoI from the channels, ensuring a financially viable business

- Experiment with new methods and channels to find incremental benefits

- Learn about and implement attribution models

What you will need:

- 8-10 years in Performance Marketing across Lending, Insurance and more

- A thorough understanding and on-the-job experience of performance marketing and growth strategies for lending, deposits, insurance

- Deep understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys

- End to end project management and structured problem solving

- High responsibility towards organizational and functional objectives

- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders

- Strong data analysis skills

- Must have: Spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets)

- Good to have: SQL
