Lead Channel Manager - BFS

Location : Mumbai (BKC)

CTC : Maximum 16 Lakhs

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Be the key bridge between sales teams and other stakeholders i.e. product and operations to drive assigned business targets of sales, cross sell and banks strategic objectives

- Design and enable sales process

- Align branch banking budget and resource level planning

- Coach and empower managers/employees across branch banking to lead any desired organisational transformation by developing capability building framework
