Hiring Channel Management head for a Fintech company .
Location : Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi
- Lead the channel development among chartered accountants.
- Experience of setting up distribution across India through technology, direct experience of working with chartered accounts preferred
- Should be able to manage teams across locations to grow channel to build sustainable business practices
- Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes / revenues
- Should have good market connect with chartered Accountants, can enroll them in their marketplace to enhance their lending business
- Organize the mentoring and training sessions for the channel partners & team of business associates
- Develop new distribution network to enhance sales volumes/ revenues Pan India
- Maintaining relationship with existing strategic and retail channel distribution partners
- Should be able to influence the business associates and drive them towards usage of technology enabled solutions for them.
- Market Intelligence: Provide market intelligence on a regular basis for use in formulating strategies and plans.
- Compliances & Processes: Be Vigilant while sourcing and putting Company's benefit of anything and use utmost care and alertness all time
Knowledge & Skills:
- Qualification : from Good pedigree college. (Engineering / MBA : IIT/ IIM/ MIT/ ISB / Or similar )
- Strong Business Accumen.
- Excellent oral and written skills are a requirement and she needs to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Persuasiveness is a must-have and should have patience and perseverance to be able to initiate and complete a sale and be equipped with problem solving skills.
