Job title: Lead - Channel Excellence and Sales Capability Development

Reports to: Head, Sales Strategy

Division/ Department: Sales

Work Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

PURPOSE: Create and drive Channel Strategy across markets. Create & sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team members; imparting continuous on-job training to accomplish greater operational efficiency

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Channel Strategy

- Working with the regional team for formulation of customized channel strategy

- Execution of Channel Strategy and governance

- Execution of and Governance of Channel excellence projects and initiatives

GTM Sales capability development

- Determine the core skill and knowledge needs of the Sales organization and Retail Executives

- Manage, develop tools and implement an all year round training calendar for the different levels and

- channels to develop short- and long-term skills and knowledge

- Develop training programs and/or select programs from third party vendors

On boarding and training

- Own the Sales On boarding process and implementation

- Prepare the matrix for measurement including coverage, productivity, product knowledge etc.

- Equip sales managers with behavioral interview guides to probe past sales experience and assess fit

- Coordinate with the regional team to ensure localization and customization of regional training programs

- Prepare and share, with relevant stakeholders, progress reports to highlight the impact of the trainings and people development on the business results

Stakeholder Management

- External Collaborate with external training partners

- Internal Collaborate with Sales Channel Heads and Regional Sales Managers for need analysis and implementation

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : Full Time MBA

EXP : 8-12 years of Channel Sales

CTC budget : 30 lakhs per annum
