Purpose of the Position:
Support the Head - Channel Development & Micro Markets for implementation of Channel Management strategic initiatives and driving change management. This position is critical for change management.
Deliverables / Responsible for (results):
1. Roll out and drive the GTM / channel management strategies in the regions to achieve the KPIs of each initiative.
2. Ensure cross-functional collaboration with other multiple departments such as sales, logistics, accounts, etc. to align with the strategic initiatives
3. Collect the relevant data from the regional teams and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of channel management initiatives
4. Support the Head - Channel Management to ensure proper training of stakeholders on the channel development initiatives.
5. Continuously monitor market trends to identify new opportunities, and threats and make recommendations to align the company's strategies to market realities
Qualifications:
Essential : Graduate
Desirable/Preferable : MBA
Work Experience (Cumulative):
Total Years (Band) : 10 - 12 years
Years (Relevant) : 5-7 years
Seniority (desirable) : 5-7 years in channel sales and 5-7 years in Sales Development
