Lead- Center of excellence

- The Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead's primary responsibility will be to lead, manage and grow the Centre of Excellence, setting the standards and policies of the CoE and ensuring that they align with the strategic outcomes of the Operating Model & delivery

- Drive the implementation of the CoE strategy and lead the design and implementation of a common program management methodology, standards and tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects. Focus on the building of SBU data-driven culture.

- Identify and define the major strategic issues for the BU and integrate diverse stakeholder interests with companies broader agenda to inform the development and prioritization of program initiatives and to proactively understand and mitigate risks.

- Lead the execution of a CoE governance, reporting and review framework to provide holistic view of all organizational project activity and manage interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated.

- Lead strategic and business planning processes, aligning division priorities and resources to support group and individual BU's shared objectives.

- Implement strategic plans and optimize operational performance with appropriate controls and processes across the CoE to ensure the CoE's commitment to groups improvement and other critical priorities to reflect Company, SBU's and CoE frameworks, policies and guidelines.

- Drive and evaluate operational performance outcomes which contribute to the achievement of the Group's strategy and be accountable for providing detailed and reliable analysis to support strategic and dynamic decision making processes and to identify and drive opportunities for innovation.

- Foster a culture that drives and encourages high performance, collaboration, agility and accountability in the delivery of business outcomes aligned with the company and Individual BU's strategy; while modelling and promoting a strong risk culture throughout the business unit in line with the Companies risk management and governance frameworks.

- CoE Lead is accountable for the performance of the Centre of Excellence (COE Program) and the achievement of the each BU Department's objectives.
