The company is one of India's leading healthcare platforms. This rapidly growing and Series D funded start-up is headquartered in Gurgaon, with a pan-India presence is looking for an AVP Category Lead.
Job Responsibilities :
- P&L owner of the category on 1mg. Creating short-term and long-term growth plan that incorporates online and offline growth levers.
- Working with supply and marketing teams to drive the category towards profitability. Managing pricing for the category.
- Creating merchandising plan for the category. Coordinating with marketing team to prepare monthly calendar.
- Working with Content and Product Management teams to drive conversion growth.
- Liaising with Pharma manufacturers and brands for strategic engagements to drive category growth. Working with the Media team to drive monetisation for these brands.
- Monitor geo-wise in-stock availability and coordinating with Procurement team to increase the availability each quarter.
- Work with catalogue and procurement team to streamline vendor onboarding process.
The ideal candidate should have the following :
- 7-10 years of work experience with minimum 4 years in B2C e-Commerce/growth space.
- Proven experience of managing a team and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent analytical skills. Proficient user of MS Excel and Google Analytics.
- An experimental mindset. Passion to undertake growth-related projects and make a difference.
