Lead - Catalog & Content Marketing - Startup

We have urgent requirement with one of India's fastest growing and highest funded startup based out of Gurgaon,

Looking at candidate with complete understanding of catalog marketing, content marketing, mapping business and profiling

Job Responsibilities:

- Define and create company's brand image as a trusted platform to find services you care about

- Set standards for the appropriateness and relevance of text fields, picture and videos in the provider profiles

- Execute high impact, high pressure projects that involve interacting with service providers and external vendors

- Define the template for each picture in each category and ensure the team adheres to these standards

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of previous experience in leadership roles (eCommerce cataloguing experience would be preferred)

- Demonstrated creativity in work, efficient team management skills

- Ability to set-up your own team and scale it as per requirements

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios

- Ability to execute projects on time and to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Enthusiasm to work in a start-up environment
