- Build and maintain excellent relationships with various universities and act as the "face" of the company through schedule attendance at career fairs, presentations, information sessions or any other initiatives including participating in national level forums for campus brand building
- Assist in the planning and execution of campus and final interviews.
- Drive the process of full-time program employee hire forecasting, recruiting, candidate allocation, selection, tracking, on-site interviews, and relocation across businesses in IndiaCoordinate offer letters, on-boarding activities, orientations and training processes for full-time and interns
- Onboarding Campus Hires planBuild Employee Communication strategy in partnership with the communication team
- The incumbent will be expected to lead the campus engagement strategy for the Technology teams and work towards operationalizing the Business School Engagement
- The candidate will be expected to take ownership and guide the extended partners in creating a culture of execution excellence within the staffing operations, and ensure that there is zero miss on compliance related to the function and the company.
