Lead Campus role - AM Recruitment

Client - operates in the e-commerce domain.

Lead Campus Recruitment Role:

- Our client has done great on its business branding. Here is an opportunity of a super high impact role with the onus of branding its engineering organization across Campus with a scope to stretch it to the industry. Consequently, responsibilities of the Lead Campus Recruiter would include

- Identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with Academic Faculty, Students, and Career Centers Develop and implement the recruiting strategy on campus, enhancing the organization's brand and reputation at select local and regional Institutes/universities.

- Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting activities such as presentations, career fairs, office and campus interviews.

- Establish relationships with placement office directors, faculty and students and initiate activities on campus to promote the organization at selected programs including but not limited to advertising, career fairs, information sessions, speaker series events and on-campus interviews.

- Manage on-going cultivation and relationship building with students to help achieve campus recruiting vision to be where the best talent chooses to be.

- Develop new and innovative methods to differentiate on campus. Work with the In-House Recruiter to identify and select candidates.

- Able to critically evaluate candidates that have the necessary skills as well as the interest to sustain a career long term.

- Record, update and analyze all recruiting data for school initiatives. Work to capture ROI from campus recruiting efforts.

- Ensure accuracy of data within the applicant tracking system. Manage the design and implementation of special projects such as marketing initiatives, recruiting best practices initiatives and the collection of competitive and market intelligence.

- Network within the marketplace to understand competition, salaries, and make recommendations to partners based on this knowledge.

- Work closely with In-House Recruiter to ensure effectiveness of process, record-keeping and determination of ROI Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter.

- High energy and motivation to learn. Interest and experience with emerging technologies a huge plus. Ability to work outside of normal business hours i.e. when travelling, attending campus events, etc. Significant travel required.
