About Company: Hiring for B2B technology platform that connects manufacturers and retailers in the fashion segment. Helping in revolutionising the way factories execute production & source retailers. The Organisations on a mission to solve for the large base of unorganised factories and retailers, having the strongest impact on the B2B Supply chain.
We are looking for a seasoned professional:
1) A strategy thinker with the basics of manufacturing in ecommerce industry who understands the demand patterns.
2) Experience of 8-12 years with comprehensive experience in buying and category management.
3) Proven track record, including a minimum of five years specifically in the non-branded segment/private labels, with expertise in retailers
Knowledge and Skills:
1) Proficient in the technical intricacies of materials and product manufacturing.
2) Practical experience in hands-on sourcing from local unorganised manufacturers.
3) In-depth knowledge of the demand patterns of Indian retailers, particularly Mom & Pop stores.
4) Responsible for aligning OTB for the season basis target sell thru.
5) Formulating Buying Plans (Range Plan, Option Plan, Product Mix etc.) as per budget for the assigned category, based on the analysis of the historical trends and future forecasts
6) Competitive analysis for accurate pricing strategy
7) Analysing MIS reports and monitoring STR, Stock Density, Sell Thru
8) Scaling category through vendor management, pricing, inventory management & sale optimisation
9) Planning new launches and hits for maintaining freshness in the category
10) Planning promotional strategies for the enhancement in sales for required categories
11) Ensuring Top-Line & Bottom-Line target achievement with optimum discount planning.
