Lead Buyer openings a leading e commerce giant for the below products
- TV, Audio
- Laptops, Tablets
- Lead brand alliances, achieve the planned revenue, profit for the product segment & Manage working capital
- This position supports the Director- Category Head via merchandise assortments, marketing and pricing strategies, price negotiations, product development, vendor management and sourcing opportunities. The Buyer will support the Merchandising team in buying strategy to achieve and exceed sales and EBITDA goals
- In this role the individual collaborates closely with various cross-functional partners, including, but not limited to creative, demand planning, site merchandising, marketing, finance and analytics. The individual will have experience sourcing goods for e-commerce brands, be analytical, detail-oriented and strongly understand the drivers and trends of the category.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong financial and business acumen, with proven track record of successfully managing and driving growth
- Command of Excel and comfortable with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
- Able to synthesize sales data, customer insights, competitive and market trends, and market data into merchandising strategies and sourcing new products
- Ability to respond in a fast-paced work environment with strong sense of urgency, agility, and composure
- Highly organized with an ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities and initiatives
- Demonstrated high level communication skills, both written and oral
