The Lead Business Systems Analyst, with minimal or no supervision, consults with business and IT team members about complex initiatives and issues. The incumbent works in a global, cross-functional environment and designs, implements, and modifies multiple custom or packaged applications  The Lead Business Systems Analyst will direct and manage teams performing software development and/or application configuration.  Deliver leadership in the efficient, effective implementation of mission critical applications.   Act as a team lead/development Lead and support respective manager(s) in people development tasks   Proactively estimate, plan, manage, communicate and execute essential duties with a focus on the uniqueness of each project.  Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with project teams and other stakeholders.  Partner with the QA team to share project information and validate test scripts. May also perform and coordinate system testing and write and execute testing plans
