Job Purpose & Description :

- Facilitate development of Short & Long-Term Strategy of the company and assist in formulating advice to the MD/ CEO on the strategic matters of businesses by providing actionable insights on competitive intelligence, macro-economy and industry trends (Eg, ESG, Energy Transition, New business opportunities, technology trends, business model evolution, etc).

- It will also include supporting the detailing of specific strategies and enablers which are new to the organization. This will require a deep understanding of the value chain and internal context and involve working closely with senior leadership and other internal stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Development, implementation, and management of all aspects of our business, including the development and execution of sales strategies, marketing plans and products

- Work on projects of strategic importance to the company

- Generate possible solutions/ recommendations to address the identified gaps and conduct a cost-benefit analysis to arrive at the most suitable solution

- Execute the solution and assess its impact/outcome

- Create processes/systems to sustain impact/outcome

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Education (Premier Institution): Engineering + MBA

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Attention to detail and possessing leadership orientation

- Willingness to learn and a possess excellent result orientation

- Excellence in time management skills

- Enjoys exploring new technologies
