Lead - Business Relationship Management

Position Title : Lead - Business Relationship Management (BRM)

Key points:

SAP consultant with good experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale IT projects.

Job Responsibilities in brief:

- The BRM is expected to be subject matter expert pertaining to broadcasting technology both IT and the business.

- He/she is responsible to identify business needs and provide advisory on optimal technical solutions.

- The BRM will assist in the prioritization of projects; ensure alignment of projects to maximize returns on technical investments, and direct IT strategy in support to the overall business strategy.

- Identify and leverage IT synergy potentials across business units

- Understand the business sufficiently to communicate the importance of projects to the technology teams, as well as to understand the technology sufficiently to communicate the complexity in simple terms for the business.

- Communicate complex business requirements to the technology teams and provide t detailed & advanced business solutions

- Work with the architects to discuss potential solutions that match the business strategy

- Develop and manage the relationship between internal IT teams and various stakeholders

- Work with business area teams to understand project requirements, shape the initial project request, and provide a high-level estimate of the project effort and costs used in cost-benefit analysis

- Analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives

- Participate in the IT annual budgeting & planning process for the assigned business units Envision the entire project through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors.

Education and Experience:

- B. Tech / MBA with 15+ years of experience

- Experienced in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale IT projects

- Thorough understanding of information technology and its application to business issues.

- Good understanding of the use of information technology in a strategic context
