Job Purpose
The candidate will be responsible for Business Process Management and Re engineering by closely working with the relevant business and functional units
Key Accountabilities
- Set up Process as per Business defined objectives
- Drive Operational efficiency
- Improve Experience of Customer Facing Processes
- Drive Automation of critical Impact processes
Key Responsibilities
- Review and understand existing Business processes and organization structure to identify business functional requirements for substantial improvement in business & operational processes
- Identify processes for re-design , create business processes from scratch along with the business teams, identify existing process bottlenecks and streamline the same and suggest a recommended course of action by identifying modifications to existing processes
- Mapping business requirements and translating these requirements into functional and technical specification documents
- Project manage new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions
- Implement new processes and organizational changes as accepted by all stakeholders with respect to these functions & businesses
- Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements & Automation of Processes
- Document workflows to train all respected stakeholders to use and improve new process and mitigate regulatory risks
- Present analysis, solutions and business cases to senior management
Required Experience:
- 8 - 12 years of experience in Product Management/Business Process Management/Re engineering
- NBFC/BFSI experience is a must
- Six Sigma certification and work ex in a quality management firm will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
