Lead - Business HR - Telecom

We have been retained by a Leading Telecom Service Provider to hire Business HR Lead to be based at Pune. The position would be reporting to Head-HR and would have team of 4 people reporting into the same.

KRA :

- The position is responsible for Talent Acquisition, provide interpretive advice to business management community, support in driving the transformational people agenda and proactively manage the interfaces with Corporate & HR Services to ensure a seamless experience for all employees.

- Also drive the Learning & Development Initiatives in line with the development goals and capability building of employees for next level.

- Life cycle management of all employees which includes Performance dialogue, Annual Salary reviews, promotions to separation and exit formalities.

- Design and Drive the L&D theme for the year and also unique individual training needs. Also driving standard nationally driven L&D interventions.

- Facility and Administration including Budgeting and execution of budgets. New project execution.

- Recommend the engagement budget and drive various engagement activities across the year. Also facilitate the off sites for various verticals which is part of different functional budgets.

Candidate Profile : MBA-Tier 1 B-School only -2004-06 pass out only. Working with MNC/Large Corporate.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

- Drive to execute things within defined time frame.

- Good People manager Skills

- Knowledge of Various Domains in HR
