Lead - Business Finance

Responsibilities:

1. Review and Analysis of financial documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations.

2. Undertaking Financial research and analysis to support legal teams in various matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, or litigation along with assistance in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and disclosures.

3. Strong Collaborator with in-house business teams of attorneys and professionals to develop financial strategies and solutions for clients and identify financial risks along with risk mitigation strategies embedded in client solutions.

4. Preparing and sharing guidance and advice on financial matters to internal teams and clients by staying up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting business finance.

5. Conceptually strong with Product pricing, business plan models, competitive pricing strategies and creation, Sales forecasting plans and strategies including sales operations.

Qualifications:

1. CA/MBA (Finance) and strong knowledge of finance principles, financial analysis, and accounting. Familiarity with legal concepts and terminology will be an added advantage.

2. 10+ years of experience in analyzing financial statements, contracts, and agreements

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Proficiency in using financial software and tools for analysis and reporting.
