Business development lead, Startup

Roles and responsibilities :

- Client relationship management : Should interact on a regular basis with existing clients, manage them and support their needs.

- Sales : Should go and pitch the service to corporate or medium sized clients and get them onboard.

- Business Targets : Should come up with targets through market research, take responsibility of delivering them in the given time

- Leadership : Should lead a team of client managers, the team strength would depend on how much we have expanded

- Business Strategy : Should contribute actively to strategy discussions
