Job Description:
As a Business Development Lead ( B2B, SAAS), you will be responsible for helping to lead a high performance sales team by executing targeted pipeline goals and exceeding those goals in the emerging business.
What you will do:
- Resolving routine problems and act as first point of escalation for the team
- Working with sales to optimize pipeline creation and efficient lead handoff
- Meeting inbound SLA for processing and following up with MQLs
- Identifying target accounts and prospects to effectively pitch Marketing Performance Platform to set meetings with qualified prospects and clients
- Analyzing data to identify trends and communicate appropriate to sales management
- Assisting in the development and creation of new sales and marketing ideas
- Monitoring, reviewing and coaching calls and processes on a weekly basis
- Helping recruit, interview, onboard, train, BDRs, and grow the team
What you need to have:
- MBA preferred, otherwise minimum of a Bachelors Degree. (Computer Science/IT/Electronics preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in Lead Generation / Sales development / Business development preferably in a SAAS company
- Effective communication skills with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment
- Tracking record of achieving sales quotas
- Working knowledge of Hubspot (Or any other CRM) and prospecting tools like LinkedIn, Email drip tools like Outreach, Klenty and CRM tools like Salesforce
- Ability to work USA East Coast timings - 3 PM to 1 AM (IST)
- Prior experience working with "C" & "D" level executives
- Excitement to sell brand-new technology products
- An eagerness to learn
