This is regarding the job opportunity with a Team Lead role as a Business Analyst - Strategy

Job role :

- Working closely with business heads and divisional heads is required by the profile.

- The candidate will lead a group of three to four analysts who will serve as SPOCs for particular business units.

- The applicant will present themselves to the Head of Business Excellence Team.

- In charge of the division's finances and monthly performance, including finding areas for improvement

- In charge of the monthly transaction Pipeline calls and presentations for each business division's monthly and quarterly reviews

- Designing RM KRAs, performance leaderboards, and incentive programmes is your responsibility.

- Lead important business divisions' strategic initiatives, such as the BIG 5.

- In charge of ensuring the prompt fulfilment of tasks assigned by management
