Lead Business Analyst - Retail/FMCG/Manufacturing Firm

Roles and responsibilities :

1. Implement public cloud learning journeys for various profiles (user personas) to effectively train and upskill Kmart group software engineers and production support teams on technology platforms like AWS/Sumologic etc.

2. Strategise with the Cloud Products, engineering teams to understand specific learning needs.

3. Conduct scoping sessions and make recommendations.

4. Strong intuition for business and ability to comfortably dive into any area of the business, develop a deep understanding, and craft execution plans.

5. An understanding of data in a sophisticated and complex enterprise system landscape, including data governance, quality, and standardization

6. Develop user stories to deploy Finops requirements and Cloud governance best practices through automation.

7. Drive and maintain senior leadership engagement and alignment, facilitating and supporting key decisions around Finops and Cloud governance.

8. Ability to consistently and positively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty and ambiguity.

9. Collaboration skills-leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations, and experience working across all levels.

Desirable :

- Hands-on experience with Python, R, Tableau or similar tools to mine, transform and visualize data .

- Proficient in Cloud and AWS
