At a minimum, you'll need:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, Business Administration or related field of study or equivalent related work or military experience
- 5 years of IT industry work experience including Microsoft Office, time and attendance, document management and physical security systems, research solution design, and deployment using Kronos, IDMS, Aurora\KeyScan and OnBase applications and/or other major time and attendance, physical security and document management systems
- Fair Technical knowledge around SQL, PL/SQL, XML for basic troubleshooting
- Proven problem-solving techniques and troubleshooting skills
It'd be great if you also have:
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries to help with Analysis
- Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to exercise independent and autonomous judgment when dealing with competing priorities and initiatives, while keeping management well-informed of issues, progress, status, and resolution
- Solid time and project management skills with the capacity to multitask and prioritize workloads
