As Business Analyst for the BPM platform, your primary responsibility will be to contribute in developing towards product development and related technical solutions to business problems, begins with defining, refining analysing and documenting requirements, assisting developers with ER Diagrams and UML. Location : Gurgaon Job Description : - This role is responsible for requirement gathering, prioritizing, and creating conceptual prototypes; - Implement advance strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements. - Should have minimum 7 years of relevant experience of delivering complex solutions where the candidate has done the requirements gathering starting for the product development in the field of Insurance. - Has worked as a Product Owner to Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements. - Strong communication / interpersonal skills - Strong exposure to requirements gathering in Insurance P&amp;C or reinsurance domain with primarily US Clients. Qualification &amp; Experience required (including key competencies): QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS : - Should have 6 to 10 years experience as a Business Analyst. - Problem analytical skills, problem solving skills and capacity to work independently as well as in team. - Proficiency attained in UML, Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Visio; - Stakeholder engagement and rapport building with external clients; - Significant and demonstrable experience in software development projects using Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in Insurance P&amp;C domain with at least 5 years of experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Skills (If Any) : - Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy. - Knowledge of UML, BPMN Diagrams using BPM Tools (Open Source / License based).aqa
