Lead Business Analyst - Digital Platform

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage, monitor and execute the prioritization list set by the Product owner & squad

- Under the feature requirements from Functional, process flow and technical standpoints

- Triage with stakeholders and dependent teams to remove impediments if any

- Execute daily scrum and other scrum ceremonies, act as a scrum master

- Maintain & create workflows, charts, process and system architectures required for grooming the feature

- Ensure squad velocity is maintain and highlight any deviations

- Create and monitor Business and Customer engagement funnels along with Product owner

- Internal & external coordination with data required for OMs and Steer-Co meetings

- Perform feature showcase

- Work with Peer BAs from other squads for streamlining process and promote use of re-usable components

- Work with external fin-techs

- Secondary research related activities

- Data management

Secondary Responsibilities :
