Lead Business Analyst - Capital Markets Domain

We are hiring for the position of Lead Business Analyst at a top MNC for Bangalore. We are looking for someone with strong background in Trade Settlements and Capital Markets. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in Post trade, Trade Settlements, CSDR, Capital Markets, Business Analysis - Agile - Scrum & Kanban. Notice period can be 30-60 days/Currently serving notice

The CTC for this position can go up to 24 LPA, and the work location will be in Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Use the product management experience and domain knowledge to translate client requirements into epics, features and stories appropriately as well-defined product requirements and specifications for prototyping and final product development with clear definition of Acceptance Criteria. Own the client requirements end-to-end till the closure up-to the end-user approval via 'Show & Tell' or UAT cycle support as appropriate.

- Ensure the product enhancements are aligned with the overall product roadmap and play a key role in preparing Product Release Guides to communicate the new features to existing clients.

- Work within a mixed onshore & offshore team forming a Tribe of Product Leads/BAs/Architects /Developers & QC resources to close product gaps and progress product readiness in various markets based on market/industry needs as well as client requirements.

- Work in the Agile/Scrum SDLC (System development Life Cycle) environment, becoming the go-to subject matter expert (SME) and a Product Lead in Capital Market products over a period of time.

- Desired to maintain a technical understanding of how the products are designed and built, and therefore be able to identify compromises between end-user needs, technical limitations, and time-to-market goals
