Role Details : - Interpret business problem and structure analytical solution - Acquire large volume of data from various sources and maintain databases and build dashboards for various business teams to power strategic business decisions - Design, develop and maintain analytical reports for day to day decision making - Create insightful dashboards to help contribute to a more competitive, proactive business strategy - Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns to come up with actionable insights - Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize business problems and provide actionable data insights to solve them - Improve the existing reporting received from local partners by providing relevant feedback as well as directly engaging with their product and tech teams along with central data teaams. Qualification Criteria : - 7-10 years of experience in the field of analytics - Strong knowledge of SQL/ R Programming/Python for data manipulation - Good knowledge of R Programming/Python to build rule-based engine and interactive applications - Good knowledge of Excel to present the data in readable format - Familiarity with data models and database design principles - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication skills with the ability to translate data into story - Experience in statistical models, visualization tools, Power BI and/ or other management tools is an added bonus - Should be a fast leaner and self-driven who can take end to end ownership of a function within the organization - Should be comfortable working in a matrixed environment and able to directly engage with stakeholders to improve execution &amp; implementation speed
