Lead Biz Accounting

- Incumbent should be Handling similar role on Customer Accounting/Revenue Accounting/Accounts receivable.

- He/she would be responsible for all Customer accounting in Loan Management System.

- He /she would be managing the LMS-SAP integration from Functional perspective.

- He/she would be responsible for Managing Trail Balance for all accounts receivable part.

- He /she would be responsible for sharing functional understanding for all new product accounting configuration in Loan management system

- He/she should be well versed with Loan cycle accounting.

- He/she should have exposure to Regulatory compliances from RBI perspective relevant to Customer accounting part.

- He/se needs to make sure that there are no revenue leakages from SOA vs GL accounting perspective.

- Overall responsibility for monitoring of GL accounting part for account receivable and ensuring correct flow of accounting from LMS system.

- Ensuring closure of month-end activities and confirmation to reporting team for Trail balance of Accounts Receivable part.

- Overall responsibility of Change management in LMS part and getting those tested from accounting perspective.

- Working closely with IT team for working on identified automation requirements.

- Working closely with IT/Ops team for resolution of identified issues and regular monitoring of some of the critical processes.

- Ownership of Testing of new products in the LMS systems from accounting perspective.

- Review of the features of the products and validating it.

- Defining new Charge codes and GL Id's and relevant accounting template as per the requirement.

- Review of Existing Templates in case of Bugs and modifications for the same.

- Working with the cross functional team for testing of new products being launched and any new CR effecting the Accounting process.
