Note : A person who has done solution selling in a leadership role in a startup or a person who has done sales in mediums that are difficult (magazines, digital) would be the ideal fit.
Brand Sales :
- Carry revenue targets, manage key accounts and deliver against sales metrics such as churn.
- Create pipeline, aggressively pitch, close new business by using a strong solution-based sales approach.
- Work with regional teams to achieve revenue and other goals.
- Hire, train and scale the sales team to achieve goals.
- Person should have 10+ years sales experience of selling to large brands.
- Must be process oriented and not just a sales person.
- Should have strong business fundamentals and a people leader.
- A good fit would be a person who would come in and build the business, and have the hunger to iterate and solve problems.
