Lead - Brand Marketing - Healthcare (10-15 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Brand Marketing Head to oversee all aspects of their brand strategy and marketing activities. This position plays a pivotal role in promoting our hospital services, specialties, and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative and effective marketing campaigns, managing our digital presence, and creating engaging content to build and maintain their brand reputation.

Additionally, the Brand Marketing Head will be tasked with optimizing their digital marketing efforts to drive engagement, conversions, and ROI. The Brand Marketing head will report to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Strategy :

- Conduct market research to identify brand opportunities and threats.

- Monitor hospital trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market

Campaign Development :

- Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, specialties, and facilities.

- Design engaging and visually appealing campaign materials.

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and imagery across all marketing channels.

- Healthcare partnership in mega events - Jaipur Lit Festivals, Marathon, Sports League etc.

Offline Marketing :

- Work closely with the Sales teams and Facility directors to develop offline marketing campaigns to promote awareness of co's clinical excellence among doctors and patients

- Develop and implement offline marketing strategies, including billboards, newspaper inserts, direct mail, SMS/Watsapp campaigns, and other permitted forms of marketing to reach a broader local audience.

- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns.

Digital Marketing :

- Manage the hospital's online presence, including the website and social media profiles.

- Plan and analise SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Empanelment with online aggregators

- Paid partnership / association with Companies

- Hospital Mobile application on Android / iOS etc.

- Ensure that there is appropriate conversion from digital marketing to revenues.

Content Creation :

- Create informative content for various marketing materials, including brochures, videos, blog posts, and social media.

- Hospital Virtual Tour, Hospital Brand Videos, Hospital Photoshoot with models etc.

Website Management :

- Oversee the hospital's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

- Collaborate with web developers and designers to improve website functionality and design.

- Create and update web content, including landing pages, blogs, and service pages.

- Increase business from organic and website leads.

Media Management :

- Print Ad, Media Handling, Press Release, News Coverage of hospital.

- Hospital awards at different platforms

- Manage and maintain the hospital's social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

- How to increase google rating, Instagram Media Followers, YouTube Subscribers etc.

- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.

- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages.

- Crisis Management on online negative feedback i.e. google review etc.

- Special Initiative on Health Day Celebration.

Paid Advertising :

- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.

- Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audience.

- WhatsApp Chat boat, Bulk Messaging

Email Marketing :

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and patient engagement emails.

- Build and segment email lists for effective targeting.

Analytics and Reporting :

- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Conduct A/B testing and optimization experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.

- Excellent project management and leadership abilities.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
