Role & responsibilities We are looking for a digital branding and marketing ninja to grow our community and users by multi-X. Someone with strong understanding of B2C digital branding and marketing, and strong hands-on experience in planning, executing, monitoring and reporting all digital marketing activities: - Articulating and communicating our brand vision and mission through our website, user experience, and all marketing activities (content, campaigns, PR, events, partnerships, etc.) - Designing & managing multiple marketing campaigns through multiple marketing channels, including website, email, SMS, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn, and driving higher web traffic through SEO and SEM strategies - Spotting trends, writing winning messages and creating kickass content to move public opinion and tell stories with impact, in various formats (text, graphics, videos, ads, etc.). - Using hacks to build and grow our community that believes in our vision and mission, scale up organic reach, engagement, and monetization. - Creating winning google and social media ads, A/B testing, analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, preparing daily reports, and continuously improving ad campaigns. - Developing PR (earned and paid) strategy and coordinating with PR agencies to publish branding articles, and influencers for promotional campaigns. - Monitoring competitive activities (acquisition, pricing, products/services, features, user experience), brand recall, brand share, content performance, ad performance, ROI, and other marketing and sales metrics, diving deep into the root cause and addressing relevant opportunities/weaknesses through innovative marketing programs. - Undertaking all market research to obtain feedback on various aspects of the brand, identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expanding market share. - Collaborating with the team internally as well as with strategic partners to ensure understanding and communication of brand strategy through all channels and activities. - Using third party platforms to plan, create, and publish content. Requirements - You must have an MBA from a premier B-school in brand marketing or strategy, with 5+ yrs of work experience in digital branding and marketing - Have a successful track record in launching a new brand in FMCG as well as a B2C startup in the digital space - Be a self-driven leader - Be able to plan and execute strategies independently as well as with a team - Have an entrepreneurial mindset and able to work in a lean and agile team - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Have proven success in managing marketing budgets for early-stage internet brands - Have strong creative and analytical skills Other areas for delivery and responsibilities may be added or addressed during the period of employment.
