It is backed by marquee names within the media and investing communities and is currently operating under stealth mode Responsibilities : - Build and evolve the brand strategy and brand architecture to establish a strong connect with the target audience - Strategize, develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support the brand ethos - Work with Advertising, PR, Media, Social, Content and Market Research agencies/freelancers to create path-breaking brand work with on-time, in-full execution - Act as an authority and promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer and cultural touchpoints, both external and internal - Undertake all market research for obtaining feedback on various aspects of the brand - Strategize, plan &amp; execute marketing projects to engage TrueFans's customers effectively - Work closely with the leadership team to understand specific marketing goals and objectives, prioritize initiatives and allocate marketing resources as appropriate - Provide analysis, visibility and insights on digital advertising performance and conduct A/B testing when necessary to improve campaign effectiveness Apply If : - You have 3+ years of brand marketing experience at PR agencies - You have a comprehensive exposure with Communication, Research, Media, PR, Digital, and Co-marketing/Alliances - You have a successful track record of working on brand identity and positioning - You have prior experience in designing, implementing and tracking creative marketing programs - You are a go-getter, good at working with the cross-functional department and is a people person - You are action-oriented, and enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
