Job Role:
- Collaborate with various internal teams to conduct market and competitive analyses, design promotional campaigns and develop profitable positioning and pricing for our brand
- Be the custodian of all brands/ sub-brands across the group
- Develop brand strategy and a compelling brand promise that drives preference over competition among TG
- Build a clear, distinct, and compelling brand personality that drives preference
- Build brand visual identities and take ownership of all such activities
- Co-own with marketing and communications team, development and expansion marketing activities, campaigns etc.
- Identify and build on client personas to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned to brand
- Own the creative process across the organization and platforms
- Help build unified client experience across platforms
- Unlock new audience segments and potential new markets
- Conduct research to identify market trends and target customers- preferences
- Create marketing plans to increase brand awareness
- Ensure strong brand presence in online and offline channels
- Review packaging and positioning of products and suggest improvements
- Research competition and identify opportunities for growth
- Design advertising campaigns for new products/ services
- Assist in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels
- Update the pricing of products to align with the company's long-term objectives
- Participate in organizing promotional events to positively present our company
- Actively negotiate and manage alliances / partnerships / sponsorships
Job Requirements:
- Prefer a degree in Marketing or a similar field and have a deep understanding of multiple distribution channels and advertising activities
- Good to have previous experience in the financial sector, analyzing consumer behavior and organizing promotional events
- Should have the knowledge and understanding of superlative UX and DT
- Familiarity with distribution channels and media marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Ability to conduct market analysis (and the know-how to use and interpret spreadsheets and charts)
- Excellent communication skills
- Creativity
