We are hiring a Lead of content and communications who will work closely with multiple
stakeholders both internally and externally. This role will lead the team of content strategists, graphic designers, and video editors, and set and drive processes for all consumer touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Convert the brand's messaging and agenda into consumable content basis the platform/audience.
- Strategize, plan & execute the projects required to strengthening the brand identity and positioning.
- Maintain brand consistency across all external and internal creatives and communications.
- Lead both visual and written content for various channels including YouTube, Facebook, and partnerships
- Create meaningful content by way of long-form content pieces - speeches, blogs, articles, website content, and emailers
- Lead the entire team of content specialists, graphic designers, videographers, and video editors.
- Work closely with external agencies to churn out content (for example videos/statics) while following brand guidelines
- Setting up processes with multiple teams (internal and external both) to maintain timelines for all deliverables
Requirements:
- 6-10 Years+ experience in creating and implementing a content strategy
- Leading a team of 5 or more people including content specialists, graphic designers, videographers, and video editors
- Experience in working closely with agencies, related to production and shoots.
- Experience in creating and delivering campaigns at a scale
- Understanding of action-driven digital advertising - Facebook and YouTube marketing
