Client has a very strong base World Wide and Strong Presence in APAC Region.

Job Criteria :

- We are looking for candidate ONLY from Fashion Magazine, Fashion Lifestyle, Fashion Blog, Fashion Content, Fashion Writing, Industry background, ecommerce Industry background and Retail Fashion background.

- Candidate should be very strong with Latest trends in Fashion Market, if candidate has worked with International Fashion Magazine will be preferred.

Job Profile :

To establish the brand as most preferred among core by communicating brand high points through marketing mix tools for seamless brand delivery at all touch points.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Brand plan :

- Build consumer understanding through brand perception studies and consumer profiling

- Continuously monitor competition activities in media and on ground to modify strategies accordingly

- Ideate, create and deliver the national brand activation plans to achieve brand objectives

- Share the ATL calendar with the regional / creative agency / media / PR and digital team on monthly basis for alignment and unified delivery of key messages

- Prepare creative, media, and PR briefs to establish alignment to the brand plan

- Participate in development of marketing strategies and brand building exercises to increase market share

- Work with digital marketing team on use of new age communication techniques and develop influencer marketing plans for season launches

- Monitor competition (in the market/media space through the agency and the internal team) on quarterly basis and share the actionable with the regional and HO team

Leveraging season launch campaigns and achievement of business objective

- Lead the season launch process from planning, conceptualization, coordination and execution in co-ordination with the buying, design and VM team for thematic shoot and product shoots for PR, digital and VM

- Co-ordinate and brief the agencies on the brand expectations from the campaign; provide the inputs from the design team on the collection to get integrated with the season campaign

- Lead the briefing of regional teams in advance for effective launch of season across markets

- Detailed planning with 360-degree approach for season launches ensuring seamless execution on air and on ground within timelines for achieving STRs of promoted categories

- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns across regions through CCMs

- Timely hand over of complete docket for new store launches, festive, national consumer offers promotions based on the seasonal theme to the brand activation team

- Develop extensive annual PR calendar for season launches to achieve annual AVE Campaign effectiveness

- Commission a dipstick research for loyalty base to evaluate the brand attributes as per the focus in the brand plan for TOP 11 markets

- Initiate brand track and present the findings to all stake holders

Thematic marketing campaigns

- Create a 360 degree campaign to leverage communication at all touch points

- Provide formal briefing to the VM, CRM and brand activation manager to translate the expectations at all touch points across the stores

- Responsible for design and implementation of activities to create consistent brand experience (Ex: activation before the event, collection, advertorials, PR and digital)

Effective implementation of Media and PR

- Spot opportunities to leverage brand attributes through media and PR

- Constantly monitor the effectiveness of various media vehicles deployed

- Identify the media vehicles for delivering a campaign media objective (reach, frequency and ROI)

- Determine media mix, effectively leverage media and make a complete media plan for a season

- Develop strategy for online/offline brand properties independently

Marketing budget, reporting and vendor management

- Track expenses of marketing activities on monthly and annual basis with zero variance policy

- Reduce the cost through effective planning and execution

- Create vendor emplacement process

- Ensure qualitative execution by working with approved and qualified vendor

People management

- Build, coach, develop and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance expectations

- Manage and motivate the team to ensure high engagement levels

- Lead them through example and timely feedback to team on their performance and training needs
