The role involves :

- Developing & implementing New process measurement systems requirements using Tactical/Strategic solutions to enable the business move towards metric-driven process management

- Setting up a variety of reports for different functions within the organization, Maximize reporting performance so users can see and use their reports quickly and publish them on a timely basis

- Providing Business Requirements and specs, testing & publishing of automated reports using the various tactical and strategic systems in place
