Lead B2B Marketing & Modern Trade
Primary Focus of the role:
- Develop and implement B2B brand strategy as per organisational goals. Digital First strategies.
- Creative business mind to work on topical content, launches, campaigns & content.
- Manage and develop Modern Trade vertical.
- Bring content management expertise on board.
- Partner with Digital Business team on project basis.
Roles and Responsibilities:B2B Marketing:
- Knowledge of Technology, Electrical, Digital Infrastructure or similar B2B product category.
- Understanding of various B2B channels - Distributors, Panel Builders, system integrators etc.
- Understanding B2B Influencers - Consultant, contractors, Subject experts etc.
- Build communities as per topic / customer zone.
- Participate and develop content for webinar, knowledge series, exhibitions and events.
- Co-ordinate with product team for product launches & promotions.
- Digital tools experience like E-learning, Sales Navigator is added advantage.
Modern Trade:
- Responsible for driving various modern trade format of company - Innoval, Studio, SIS etc.
- Plan launches and footfall driving program in partnership with distributors and local team.
- Lead generation programs for modern trade vertical.
- Manage Design upgradation, new design and fabrication as per project plan.
- Develop roadmap of modern trade vertical.
- Monitor ROI of each module.
Content Management:
- Co-ordinate with product team for content development.
- Develop campaign-based programs in speciality area - Data Centre, Energy Efficiency, IOT etc
- Participate and develop content for webinar, knowledge series, exhibitions.
- Knowledge of Modern B2B platform promotions, influencer tie-ups and brand collaborations.
- Understand product portfolio and markets of the company.
- Make content flow for Blogs and Partnership platform.
- Develop content for website and e-catalogues.
- Manage offline catalogues and pricelist.
Data Analysis:
- Monitor periodical performance of brand through brand equinity and CSAT survey.
- Update organization with recent trends in the industry. Present competition analysis.
- Understanding of analytic and intelligence tools.

Qualifications, Experience and Role Specific Knowledge/ Skills:Experience:
- 7-9 years of experience preferably from core B2B brand Electrical, Technology and Digital Infrastructure sector.
- Mix experience of agency and client is added advantage.
- This role will perform responsibilities in collaboration with panelled agencies as per their scope and expertise. Hence experience of managing agencies is must.
Qualification : MBA / BE / Diploma
Proficiency : Content Marketing & Modern Trade.
Skills : Digital Marketing, Content Marketing and Modern Trade.
