Lead - Third Party Risk Mgt(TPRM)
Grade - AVP/VP
Location - BKC Mumbai
Job Purpose :
Manage Third Party Risk and ensure regulatory compliances are in place from TPRM Governance perspective
The Job is expected to implement TPRM framework in the Bank. It will also ensure availability of required data and Contracts related to Vendors in scope.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage Outsourcing Program and related Compliances; Manage System Implementation and roll out for Vendor Tool selected by the bank; Manage Regulatory and Audit Requirements , reviews and exams; Manage Internal and External Stakeholders; Appriase self with Regulatory Requirements
- Implement processes and ensure compliance of Vendor Management framework.
- Validate Compliances as per 3rd Party Risk Management Framework by Business unit viz. Risk Assessments, Reviews, availability mandatory clauses in contracts.
- Build & Maintain Database of Vendor and provide to Stakeholders as required.
- Follow up and Arrange availability of Contracts.
- Managing Stakeholders Requirements - Audit, Compliance, legal, BCM, ISG, AP. Conduct UAT testing during System implementation
Secondary Responsibilities :
Review and enhance governance process; Manage Risk Committees and back for team; People Management; System functional Testing and Review
