Role Purpose

- The Global Digital team has setup a cross functional working spaces to foster collaborative working in driving the digital agenda forward. This role will represent and drive the Analytics agenda within these cross functional teams.

- There is a need for embedding digital analytics resources within Cross-Functional Digital Management teams & Digital Centers of Excellence, to integrate and accelerate digital analytics delivery across requirements

Principal Accountability

- Accelerate digital analytics delivery through integration with X-Functional Digital Management teams including Banking & Servicing, Mobile, VADM, Wealth & Insurance, Originations & Utilities, Staff Tablet & PWS+

- Providing digital analytical thought leadership and ensuring best in class analytic service delivery to the Global Digital team for global, regional and market specific initiatives

- Championing and institutionalizing an Agile process for digital analytics - generating hypothesis, running experiments, robust process for A/B testing and timely sharing of outcomes/insights business, etc.

- Collaborative working with colleagues in the Analytics functions within the regions and GAC, the Digital Centers of Excellence, and Global Digital Analytics leadership.

- Manage the pipeline of analytics projects being delivered for X-Functional teams and other stakeholders

- Seek and lead tagging discussions to ensure robust data capture for all global platforms with a view on analytics and information requirements and output

- Facilitate more real time / quick turnaround analytics support where needed

Leadership & Teamwork

- Develops and maintain relationships and work well with all levels of management. Leverages existing expertise across Analytics CoE and promotes culture of - Build Once, Deploy Many

- Actively seeks input from others- encourages and listens to different viewpoints and perspectives. Uses networks inside and outside the business to provide support in delivering goals

- Builds a culture committed to the delivery of outstanding customer service and healthy, open, transparent, honest team environment.

- Develops culture of continuous innovation, challenges the business on approach and keeps abreast of the latest developments in the analytics and digital realms

Required Skills - At least 12+ years of Business Leadership Experience focused primarily in digital analytics in online retail, travel or banking/finance. Experience with reputable firms with significant retail or digital firms with online presence org or with banks and financial services firms within their Digital Analytics function preferred

A relevant first degree in either mathematics, statistics, computer science or any quantitative area or MBA (with quantitative background). A Masters in a related discipline would be of value.

Experience of solutions involving and analyzing digital data using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Webtrends, Celebrus and SAS

Experience of Digital marketing ecosystem with understanding of DMP, DSP and Programmatic media setups

Proven ability to deliver web based business solutions utilizing large datasets (volume - transaction data, unstructured - clickstream, verbatim comments, weblogs, etc.) and experience with enhancing online customer journeys.
