Lead/AVP/Vice President - Analytics - Bank

Grade : AVP/VP

Location : BKC Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

1. Play a critical role in designing, developing and implementation of analytical solutions,

2. Deliver projects & analyses within specified timelines,

3. Co-ordinate with various internal teams - IT, Credit, Product, Business etc,

4. Co-ordinate & work with external partners - Bureau, data aggregators/agencies and other analytics vendors on projects basis,

5. Bring fresh ideas to the table and keen observers of trends on analytics and financial services industry,

6. Work on variety of projects across domains - Finance, Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, Product, Data Management etc

Functional Skills :

1. Strong knowledge of Banking/Financial Services domain,

2. Strong problem-solving skills and data analytics (credit risk/marketing/product),

3. Ability to investigate business issues and identify technical root causes,

4. Ability of work on multiple projects of different nature and self- driven,

Technical Skills :

a. Programming skills - Must have - SQL, Excel & MS office skills etc, at least one of SAS/ R/ Python

Preferred qualification :

- MBA or Masters - Statistics/Mathematics, with work experience 6+ years in data analytics with exposure into credit risk, finance, accounting, or related Bachelors Degree
