The Lead / AVP Social Media will lead a team that provides support and maintains Social Media Services.

Below is the brief JD for the same :

Operational :

- Manage a large team of Social Media Analysts providing services like Listening Monitoring n Reporting, Web Analytics etc

- Manage day to day assignment and deliverables of team

- Manage work load, efficiency and utilization of operational team

- Creating dashboards and reports with Radian 6, Engagor or customized

- Advising business stakeholders on social analytics, engagement and publishing

- Manage skill enhancement on tool and industry best practices

Relationship :

- Be the trusted advisor to customer on trends, best practice and emerging opportunities

- Manage Multiple clients in the Social Media Space

Skill sets :

- Strong delivery focus with timeliness and high quality

- Good understanding of tools (Radian6, Sysomos, Brandwatch) and ability to use to optimize end deliverables
