- Talent Acquisition

- Manpower Planning & custodian of budget Vs actual manpower annual & monthly

- Manage end to end hiring of Operations / Corporate function based vacancies (Junior to Senior level).

- Handle end to end recruitment process from sourcing till on-boarding.

- Managing channels i.e. Consultants, IJP's, Portals, Campus, internal databank.

- Maintaining Recruitment Tracker and dashboards.

- Employee On-Boarding, Induction & Training

- Ensure smooth On-boarding of new hires

- Imparting HR training Sessions & giving refresher sessions.

- Single point of contact to route escalated personnel and employee relation issues.

- Partnering with all functional leaders to ensure HR programs meet business requirement.

- Data Management

- Recruitment business analysis
