Lead - ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Job Description : ESG Lead Job Title: AVP Function: Finance & Accounts Reporting to: Deputy Chief Financial Officer Location: Prabhadevi/Turbhe , Mumbai Qualification and experience: - 5+ years of experience in the ESG domain In depth knowledge of the ESG rating methodology of ESG rating agencies - Sound knowledge of ESG key issues and ESG risks applicable to Investment Banking and Brokerage Industry Key responsibilities: - Take lead in preparation of BRSR , integrated and ESG report and coordinate across functions - Periodically coordinate to hold the meetings of ESG executive forum - Prepare agenda and presentation for ESG Executive forum meetings - Continuously monitor the key ESG developments in the sector and suggest ways to integrate ESG into company's business - Co-ordination with ESG Rating agencies - Should be able to work with limited support and should have ability to execute individually as and when required Work on projects as and when assigned
