To prepare business plan, annual budget, protect existing revenue plus revenue growth in the engagement, transition coordination, process documentation, SOW/Metric determination and process training certification with the objective achieving the business objective of the engagement within norms and guidelines of bpo.

Educational Requirements (Must have)
- MBA with at least 10 years of Experience, OR
- Graduation with at least 12 years of Experience
Work Experience
- Deep domain knowledge expertise in Property & Casualty Operations, Pension or Life Insurance Operations
- Domain Certification like CPCU - P&C/LOMA - Life Insurance
- Exposure of managing global engagement of 200 -300 FTE team for clients from Lloyds of London Syndicate
- Exposure of managing P&C clients from US region and Life Insurance client Continental Europe region
