Lead Associate - Pricing Strategy & Analysis - Pharma

Job Description:

- Evaluation of the pricing proposals by analyzing the impact of price change on overall revenues and profitability

- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for quicker and informed decision making

- Work in partnership with onshore team on various projects such as launch sequence, cost of therapy analysis, price approvals, lifecycle management projects throughout the lifecycle of a pharma product

- Working on multiple Pricing and Market access databases and triangulating data to address business problems

- Interact with the Market Access network to gather the relevant information on key market access indicators to understand the pricing and reimbursement dynamics across markets

- Conceptualize and create solutions to address the project needs which could be in the form of an excel based model/ dashboard, report or presentations under guidance from the senior member of the team

- Quality : Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness;

- Efficiency : Looks for ways to improve and promote quality, propose automation to reduce the time spent on regular activities

- Meeting timelines and effectively prioritizing projects; use time efficiently and flag issues proactively

Qualification:

- Post Graduate in any quantitative discipline (Pharma, MBA Finance preferred)
