Lead/Associate manager - HRBP

- HR BP- LEAD OR ASSOCIATE MANAGER

- HR Business partner

- Should have managed the Operations part of HR

- Exposure as an HR Business Partner role for 6 years and more

- Should have managed a Team.

- Exposure in managing Retail employees.

- Should be able to Manage Store operations.

- Exposure with FMCG retail operations (eg. KFC/Dominos/CCD/Pizza Hut/starbucks/Burger king)

- Should have managed on rolls and off rolls employees.

- Should be Completed post graduation in HR/IR (MBA)

- Should have exposure in working in retail operation atmosphere.

- Managed HR Operations like employee engagement, employee relation and total rewards.
