Responsibilities:
- Should have 4-5 yrs. of experience in IT Recruitment - Leadership hiring.
- The incumbent will be responsible for hiring delivery of senior candidates. It is one of high learning and requires exceptional ability to influence and execute
- Ensure the candidate uses variety of channels for recruitment and can successfully evaluate not just role but cultural fitment as well.
- Work independently with strong delivery capabilities that includes initiate and manage strategic briefing, search/sourcing strategy & execution, assessments, negotiations and offer rollouts
- Should have fair understanding on IT service industry.
- Must have strong sourcing experience through various channels, not limited to job portals.
- Involved in full life cycle of recruiting from resumes sourcing till on boarding.
- Good negotiation skills are required to discuss the pay and close offers.
- Timely Communication with candidates regarding their qualifications and rate/salary negotiation, relocation, etc.
- Interview assesses and evaluates applicants to determine their qualification and appropriate match with client needs.
- Work Independently with strong delivery capabilities that includes initiate and manage strategic briefing, search/sourcing strategy & execution, assessments, negotiations and offer rollouts
- Network internally and externally to build long lasting relationships with stakeholders
- Delivering within time and quality targets set for leadership hiring
- Gather market intelligence on competitor landscape, senior talent and compensation data
- Effectively communicating the employee value proposition and employer brand
- Optimize and Update recruiting databases and tools
- Map Role Criteria, Design Job Description & Making Reports.
- Identify prospective candidates, build out profiles in our database, develop phone and email details, and verify that information.
- Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence
- Contribute to the overall firm strategy and business building goals. Extensive high- level interaction with candidates.
- Should have solid sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Recommend incremental improvements to our current processes will be welcomed
Skills and experience:
- Stakeholder management is a pre-requisite
- Business acumen to be strong
- Any projects done in the space of diversity/technology will be an add on to the profile
- Strong understanding of IT service Industry: Trends, Landscape and Talent Pools
- Strong understanding of recruiting/ sourcing processes and procedures
- Understanding of recruitment Analytics, pipeline management and yield analysis
