Lead Assistant Manager - SQL + Power BI + Client Management

Responsibilities -

1. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL queries to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business insights.

2. Report Generation: Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards using Power BI to present data findings to stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions.

3. Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and intuitive data visualizations using Power BI to effectively communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.

4. Data Validation: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing rigorous data validation and quality checks to maintain high data standards.

5. Business Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into analytical requirements, and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

6. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, leveraging data analysis techniques to streamline workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, statistics, economics or engineering.

2. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering insightful data analysis and reports.

3. Proficiency in SQL and basics of python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

4. Strong experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for data visualization and report generation.

5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

6. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

7. Strong communication skills for extensive stakeholder management and driving projects end to end
