Lead/Assistant Manager - Recruitment

Artech Info Systems is looking for Lead/A.M In-House Recruiter for Noida office who should have a working experience into In-house or domestic Core recruitment's. Below is the Job description for your better understanding.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of front line recruiters to deliver KPIs of recruitment TAT and recruitment quality

- Campus hiring

- Vendor Management

- Innovate & actively seek out of box solutions to redesign and strengthen the recruitment systems

- Set-up and manage channels of recruitment through relationships with campuses, training institutes etc. Develop and build a great team. Resource planning & setting up targets for the team

- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from searching for prospective candidates and initial interviewing.

- Prepares candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information on the company, culture, business strategy, department background, job description, and expectations.

- Perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with Managing Director as needed.

- Maintains accurate and complete documentation on all searches, candidates, interviews and other recruiting activities to ensure a successful audit if required.

- Ensuring quality of hires & on time fulfillment

- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned

Competencies :

- Ability to make effective presentations.

- Expertise in the area of Human Resource Management.

- Good knowledge of current HR issues.

- Should be good in MS Office.
